Description

This list contains the names, company names and opt-in e-mail addresses of Compensation & Benefits Managers in over 16,000 US organisations; the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations. 

Compensation and Benefits Manager have responsibility for developing, implementing and administering the organisation's rewards and benefit policies. This includes salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits, such as pensions. Life assurance, profit-sharing, company cars and medical insurance packages may also be an area of responsibility, as well as arranging relocation and expatriate packages.

The list is suitable for email broadcasting purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the Compensation & Benefits Manager marketplace, directly or indirectly.  Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.

Accuracy

All e-mail addresses were verified within the last month; organisations who no longer fulfill the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager are automatically removed from the e-mail database.
